Frequently Asked Questions
What insurances do you
take?
We take most insurance plans. However, we do not accept HMO plans.
Please call or e-mail our office to check if we take your insurance.
Will I have a copay?
It depends on your exact coverage, as determined by your employer. Your
coverage will vary depending on whether you are receiving a
preventative, basic or major service. So, you may have a copay. If you
have a question about your specific coverage, please do not hesitate to
give us a call and we will gladly go over it with you.
What if I don't have
insurance?
We accept cash, check and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover). If you are wondering what a particular service
will cost you, give us a call.
Do you offer payment plans?
Of course. We work with Care Credit, and we can usually work out an
interest-free promotion. Otherwise, we are happy to make arrangements
with you as long as you inform us you will need a payment plan BEFORE
your appointment.
What whitening process do
you recommend?
We offer a variety of whitening options, as listed on our website. We
recommend different types depending on issues such as how much you want
to whiten, tooth sensitivity and how long you want to spend in the
dental chair. Call today to schedule your free consultation to see
which option will work best for you.
What is your cancellation
policy?
Appointments are time we set aside for each individual patient to have
personal interaction with the doctor or hygienist. As such, we require
24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. You will be subject to a $25
fee if no such notice is given.
Do you take new patients?
Absolutely. We always welcome new patients.
